Not all countries in the world use the state system. In fact, there are only 26 countries in the world where the state system is used and must be included in the address information. In contrast, there are 195 countries that do not use the state system. This field should be organized and made more flexible to accommodate countries that do not use the state system. Additionally, it should not be a mandatory field.
