This feature enables an “In-Store” feature for vendors, allowing admins to directly sell products at wholesale prices to vendors, who can then resell these items. Here’s how it works, with a use case example similar to Amazon:

Use Case and Flow:

Admin Adds Wholesale In-Store Product

The admin lists a wholesale product as an “In-Store” item. This product is available exclusively for vendors to purchase at a wholesale rate.

Product Display on Platform

The in-store product appears both on the homepage and in a dedicated section within the vendor dashboard, e.g., yourdomain.com/vendor/instore-product. Both users and vendors can view the product and its price, but only vendors have the option to purchase it.

Vendor-Only Purchase

While users can view in-store products, they cannot purchase them. Only vendors have access to purchase options.

Checkout Options for Vendors

When a vendor initiates checkout, they can choose to either:

Ship the product directly to an address, or

Add the product to their vendor account for resale.

Payment Processing

The vendor can pay using their wallet balance or initiate a new payment, selecting “Add to Vendor Account” to add the item to their inventory.

Sale Recorded in In-Store Section

Upon successful payment, the amount goes directly to the admin’s account, and the sale is recorded in the in-store section.

Vendor Receives Digital Product Listing

After the purchase, the vendor gains access to a digital listing of the product, which they can now sell on the platform’s frontend. Users can view and purchase this listing as they would any other product.

Order Fulfillment for User

Once a user purchases this product, the vendor receives the order and can click “Authorize Shipping from Admin.” this request automatically captures the order details and shipping details of the user. This action notifies the admin to ship the product in that one click

Admin Manages Shipping

The admin handles all shipping logistics. The vendor does not need to store the product physically, as the admin oversees shipping to the end customer. The vendor simply receives the sales proceeds from the user’s purchase, while the admin handles fulfillment.
